All scans in this gallery were scanned, drastically edited and enhanced by the webmistress unless stated otherwise. However, all art—not including the fanart—is copyrighted to Sakura Kinoshita and Kazuko Higashiyama. All fanart is based around their original ideas, though in no way makes a profit off their work, nor does this site.
You are not permitted to take and reproduce any of the fanart or wallpapers without my permission. If you do it is called stealing and is considered a crime by law. You can, however, take up to five scans from this gallery and use them in a layout or personal graphic design if you wish. Though if you do, I would appreciate a link back to Sadame. If you'd like to use these scans in your gallery or on your website, please contact me first. In addition, the watermarks are never to be removed.
In no way are wallpapers, icons or fanart to be taken and placed in your gallery or on your website unless you've been in contact with the original creator, designer or artist. If I do find someone else's or my work on your site, you can be certain that I'll be contacting your host/server and having your website or page shutdown and deleted.
Regarding avatars and icons, they can of course be used for personal reasons. An example of this is using an avatar on a forum, or an icon with your Livejournal account. Do mind though that if you use any of these avatars and icons you must give credit in one form or another that is actually visible.
